You have to admit, those horns are OUT OF CONTROL in S. Africa. Some kids at MLS games with them here and there, tolerable. A stadium full of adults, blowing them CONSTANTLY, too much.
Actually, I find the few dudes who bring noise-making devices to RBNY matches incredibly annoying. A dude who can't drum in time with a chant; a dude with a bicycle horn which he also cannot squeeze in time with chants; and most recently a trumpet player who sounded like he had probably just played for the first time that week.
How about just cheering and chanting instead?
All that, however, far less annoying than listening to the constant drone on TV from SA yesterday.
Is it me or am I shocked that Mike and Mike talked about the game at all?
Cut the trumpet player some slack -- he took up the instrument specifically for 101. The air horn, though....
I love the World Cup, but this is another reason why I'm not excited about it being in South Africa.

idiots. they know nothing about soccer and used this as a cover. what a waste of space.
