Video: US Fans Use Pub-Lic Transit in The Chi

A quick video from US Soccer of US supporters taking booze buses from a couple of Chicago bars to the Trinidad match at Bridgeview. Watching it reminds me that I'm going down to D.C. for the US-Cuba World Cup Qualifier next weekend. I'll be embedded with the North Jersey Brigade, who are rolling down to the nation's capital 60 deep. If you're going to be there as well feel free to shout me a holler; I'm looking for a few tailgates to crash and a couple of grills to hover over like a vulture since we're busing it down sans grill.

i'm coming down from pittsburgh with a few friends... screaming eagles are putting together a pretty big tailgate

i think it's 8 bucks a head, but they'll have food and like 10+ kegs to go through over about a 3 hour span

yeah the Screaming Eagles will have lots of food and beer, I don't know if Barra Brava is putting something together but their tailgates are pretty fun. The DMV should be reppin to the fullest

uhhh...Luxury coach isn't public transit.

Public Transit to a soccer game in Chicago. Is when I drink a 40oz on the orange line and express bus to Toyota Park before a Fire Match.

Now that's street cred.
