Video: The Don Sells Soccer to the Wall St. Set

DonBloomberg

Hands up if you love The Don.

OK, I'll put my hands back down because I need them to type.

The MLS commissioner was once again a guest on Bloomberg News talking about how this is going to be the best year yet for the League of Extraordinarily Underpaid Gentlemen. And you know what? I believe him. I also believe that he should run for President because this primary has gone on way to long and is coming completely off the rails.

With Don "G Love" Garber in office we could curtail exorbitant corporate bonuses by instituting a hard salary cap, and end bipartisan politics by injecting a single-entity structure into our existent 2-party system. And while I'm not sure where he stands on contraction in Iraq & Afghanistan, I'm pretty sure there would be no further Canadian expansion. The Garber '08 movement starts here.

I just wanted to say that Upside down, reverse butt cleavage has changed my life. I'm not sure what I would do with it, but if I could get some, I'm sure I'd think of something.

I thought of something, keeping it to myself, though.

Yeah, that whole soccer specific stadium plan was brilliant especially now that those stadiums are struggling to get half full even a year after Beckham.

I think Columbus had 5000 fans last game, and about 7000 watched Beckhams Spiceboys lose to Toronto in Los Angeles!! Has the Columbus crew franchise Deathwatch clock started yet? Columbus the 1st Soccer Specific Stadium franchise is just a canary in the mine. Look for MLS Franchise to topple over like dominos in the next few years.

Don Garbage= a Miserable Failure on the level of George W. Bush & Alexi Lalas

There doesn't seem to be love for G-love right now in Houston.

I know our town is working at a slow pace to bring a SSS for our Dynamo but the Letter sent out wasn't the smartest move imo.

He could have waited for the Dynamo to at least get on a hot streak.

Maybe Garber saw the writing on the wall (current Houston, DC and Revs records will continue) and figured he get in something before y'all suckitude becomes blatantly obvious.
